Fantastic Family Stay!

friendly staff food abundance pool views clean hotel

This hotel was amazing. Kiko was professional and friendly in the dining area. Daily activities made the days really fun. I especially liked the food abundance and variety offered at every meal. The hotel location allowed me to enjoy sunsets and walks by the pool, and I felt the hotel was always clean and tidy.

The gym was small and crowded! but it did have the equipment I needed.

The hotel offered easy access to nearby beaches. I found many shops and restaurants within a short walk, very convenient. Platja d'Alcudia and Playa de Muro were just minutes away.

My apartment featured a comfortable balcony with views. There was an efficient air conditioning system to keep us cool. I also appreciated having a key bracelet for room access and payments, I found this very practical.

The hotel provided a pool that was suitable for swimming. I saw a nearby sports field next to the hotel. Daily entertainment programs kept us engaged and happy every evening, so we always had something exciting to look forward to.

Mediocre Stay, Some Issues Noted

dirty carpet crowded pool

The room cleanliness was not acceptable . Cobwebs hung in the corners. I removed them myself. The bathroom faucet was positioned poorly and caused water to splash onto the floor constantly. The hallways smelled dusty, and the small pool was always crowded.

The room had a well-equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel is great, next to a lake and near the sea (it was so close!).
